Sign your contract.

A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is required to secure your wedding date. This deposit will be applied toward your total balance. Your date is NOT held until the deposit is received and this contract is signed.

The remaining balance is due in full on or before the wedding day. Cash, Zelle, and Venmo are accepted (@makeupbysherryb). Personal checks are not accepted. Client is responsible for all balances, including those of any bridal party members who fail to provide payment.

Cancellation 90+ days before event: Deposit forfeited, no additional charges. Cancellation 31–89 days before: Deposit forfeited + 25% of remaining balance. Cancellation 15–30 days before: Deposit forfeited + 50% of remaining balance. Cancellation within 14 days: Full balance due. No refunds for party members who miss appointments.

One complimentary reschedule is permitted with 60+ days notice, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests within 30 days of the event will be treated as a cancellation under the cancellation policy above.

A late start fee of $25.00 per 15-minute increment may be applied if the artist is unable to begin services on time due to delays caused by the client or client's party.

Travel fees apply for locations outside a 20-mile radius of Atlanta, GA. Mileage is calculated at the current IRS standard rate (round trip). Parking fees, tolls, and other travel-related costs are the client's responsibility.

Bridal trials are a separate service and are not included in the wedding day package unless explicitly stated in writing. Trial fees are non-refundable.

Client consents to Makeup by Sherry B using photographs and images of completed makeup looks for professional portfolio, social media, and marketing purposes, unless the client opts out in writing prior to the event date.

Makeup by Sherry B is not liable for allergic reactions to any products used. It is the client's responsibility to disclose all known allergies and skin sensitivities prior to the appointment. Makeup by Sherry B is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, illness, family emergency, or other force majeure events.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising under this contract shall be resolved in Fulton County, Georgia.

This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, representations, or agreements. Any modifications must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
